Cosmin Cercel

Studii: licențiat în drept al Facultății de Drept a Universității din București și al Colegiului juridic de studii europene – Universitatea Paris 1 (Pantéhon-Sorbonne), în 2005; master în drept al Facultății de Drept – Universitatea Paris 1 (Pantéhon-Sorbonne), în 2006; doctor în drept comparat al Facultății de Drept – Universitatea Paris 1 (Pantéhon-Sorbonne), în 2012, cu teza “Le droit saisi par la politique: l’expérience communiste Roumaine”.  

Activitate profesională: din anul 2023 este profesor la Facultatea de Drept a Universității din Gent (Belgia); între 2013 și 2022 a fost cercetător, asistent universitar și apoi profesor asociat la Facultatea de Drept a Universității din Nottingham (Marea Britanie); între 2008 și 2012, a fost asistent la Facultatea de Drept a Universității din București, precum și la Colegiul juridic de studii europene – Universitatea Paris 1 (Pantéhon-Sorbonne), București.
